IRCC in Rome

Hello guys. I am in the process of my PR application and I updated IRCC that I got married. They replied to my email telling me to inform their Embassy in Rome since my country does not have a canadian embassy. It has been 2 weeks and I don't have any news from Rome. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply so I can add my spouses documents because since its been 2 weeks I am starting to get e little bit worried? Thank you in advance

It can take 30 days for a response to a webform. Sometimes they're faster.
