Hello ,
Can you please guide how to process IRCC Finger Print request from Pakistan for citizenship application ? If someone receive IRCC finger print request outside Canada for Background verification what is the procedure to process that request ?

You will need to have a fingerprint agency where you are work with a recognized agency in Canada.
Google "finger prints from outside Canada". You will easily find the answer.
