No. You've to choose the Principal/Sponsor Account option when registering! Designated is for the representatives!
I dont have any First Name so what should I put there? In my application they only enetered last name
Try using your last name only. If that doesn't work, then try using your name in both first and last name.
If your application was sent from your rep login, you can still create the tracker account as @Hyper1013 is saying but the code will go to your rep's email address , you can ask them for the code .
It depends. In my case, the code came to PA's email account even though I used a representative as well!

In my case it came to rep's LOL as i was the single applicant maybe
it worksss thankyou soo much!! I can see the COPR number and October 21/2025 expiry date! How will I know if they sent the email for portal 1 if my agent doesnt check or reply to me
Keep on checking your email including junk/spam. Also, advise your consultant to keep on checking their emails everyday!

I emailed my portal 1 details by myself to IRCC on the four emails another thread people helped me now Am hoping if I could get my portal 2 soon.
Is it all good if you can send your details by yourself without getting portal one, somebody did the same before and received portal 2 within a week.
