how long is it taking for people to get PR Portal credentials ?

15- July '23 - AOR
18- Sept - Medical completed
16 - Oct - Biometrics call
18 - Oct - Biometrics updated + eligibility
10 - Nov - Background done
15 -NOV :: COPR showed up in tracker + Portal 1 request (name / height etc)
portal 2 - still waiting

Did you follow up with IRCC after P1 to check if they received it?
Just wondering how long did you wait for P2?

Hi Thank you! I did tell them to put a note, but they said all my assessments are complete and no officer is assigned to my file to even view the notes.
They asked me to wait patiently and that's the only reply they gave each time. I don't think they know anymore than the GCMS notes.
Try asking if the file has been transferred to Etobicoke or your SVO for the email. That should help. Because when I got to know they transferred my file, I received the P1 in 3 days. Hope this helps!

Yes they always say your file looks good everything is complete, we don’t need anything from your side, just need to wait, ORCC will contact you.
Let’s see how long they will take.
Also my PVO is Sydney and SVO is Etobicoke.
I made request for GCMS notes but didn’t receive anything yet.

I just waited.

It took them around 3 weeks.
So , i received my portal credentials on 8' Dec.

Just another question, when we reply to P1 email, can I include my dependent's information and request for a single portal access or do we have to reply from the Dependent email as well?
