Hello all, can someone please provide me the link to tracker. I have the update in GCKey account about final decision-date but not email. I want to check what's on the tracker. Thank you

I have applied close work permit application in September 2023 and final decision made application approved in GC key on September 2024 but still waiting PPR letter.
I have raised webform and sent email but no response.
So what can do next?

I got an update last Monday saying that all the assessments have been completed/finished at the Edmonton office.

Latest update:
Final decision - June 3, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the
final decision has been made.

How come no decision has been made when all the assessments are done? If we get this kind of latest update, how long do we have to wait for a decision and a portal 1?

Medical Exam Completed: April 24
COPR Details on tracker: April 24
Final decision: April 24,2024 Your application still in progress..

I haven’t received any email or ppr, should I call IRCC? Is this waiting normal? After COPR details, did you guys called ircc for updates ? Did anyone been refused after copr details avaiable? Thanks!!
