International students: we’re extending the time you can study online from outside Canada and have it count towards PGWP eligibility. You can: count the online study time from March 2020 to August 31, 2022 complete up to 100% of your studies online and be eligible for a PGWP

My first question:

According to the university calendar
The Summer term starts in July 4 , 2022 and ends in October 2 , 2022.

Obviously , the summer term ends beyond August 31 , 2022 (new deadline from IRCC) practically stands in the middle of the summer term .
You guys think those summer courses will count ?

This is good news especially for those who are applying late, at least they won't have to pay through their nose to reach their campus within short timelines.

On the other hand, this may also indicate a possibility of hurdles to traveling in light of the current health scare in Europe and Africa

My university has asked me to be on campus after Jan 31.Do you think they will change the policy based on new IRCC rules?

I don't see any DLI creating a situation which contradicts the IRCC stand. Colleges may issue revised guidelines shortly, be in touch with them

That's great news!
However, if an international student has completed one 8-months length course, 100% outside of Canada from Jan 2021 to Aug 2021 as per the IRCC temporary changes in PGWP on 8th Jan 2021(this is the link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../cimm-international-students-mar-08-2021.html) and enrolled for second one-year length course for Fall intake from Sept 2021 to July 2022 still be eligible for PGWP if he/she completes the 100% outside of Canada?

which in this case can he/she get at least 2 years of PGWP?

You should be, according the the information IRCC tweeted

Your school can still require you to participate in in person classes. If your program allows online classes and has made online classes available you can now count the time towards PGWP.
