Hello,

My ex husband and I have separated and I filed for divorce.
I caught him communicating with his ex wife and don't want any part of him in my life.

My ex husband was living with my parents and I at their house during the sponsorship process.
He has been using their address for the application and for mailing.

He has moved out and said he would be staying at friends after we separated - however I do not know who and where.

I successfully withdraw my sponsorship application as sponsor and received a letter stating application was rushed and that my ex husband will have to leave Canada by Oct 24 since he has an invalid visa.

Ever since he moved out I haven't been able to get ahold of him. He is made aware that he has to leave.

I'm unsure what his plan is but however I do not want him involved with my address anymore.

Could I remove my parents' address and keep him separated from it.

It's not entirely clear what you are asking.

sorry if officers go looking for him if he doesn't leave by the required date, could I remove my parents' address and keep him separated from us.

Normally you would need to provide an updated address where he can be found. Since you don't have this information, if they come looking for him, just tell them you are no longer together, he has moved out, and you don't know where he is.
