IRCC/CIC customer care number

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to get IRCC/CIC customer care number which i can dial from USA. My husband's passport is lost by UPS and i have the deadline to submit my application by 9th July 2020. I need to contact them to see what can be done if those information is missing. Thank you in advance!

However this link only provides number for people who are already in Canada.

I guess that means there is no customer service support for people overseas. That leaves you with the webform (on the same web page).

I am working on the webform but don't know what option to select if i am yet to submit my application.

Ah. The webform is not a Q&A service, it is for applications in process. When you say that your deadline to submit an application is July 9 and for the purpose of submitting an application you need your husband's passport? Those things don't really track.
