Ircc automated phone system not providing status anymore for visitor visa app

Hi! Did you get final decision?

i am also in same situation for PR application

Automated telephone system only stopped giving any details and instead saying “to serve you better we are connecting you to an agent”

does this mean approval or otherwise please can you advise ? Thanks
