Thank you all for your replies! I got my decision yesterday and it was positive!! I am so happy
I’m very happy to hear this, I have mine in May, I’m so nervous and excited at the same time to be done with it. What were the main questions they asked ? Also which country are you from and how long was the whole process?

Thank you so much! I am happy for you too. All the questions came from my BOC form and my story. Concentrate on knowing dates mentioned in your Basis of claim and your story in general; That’s mostly the questions they ask. For me, the hearing took 3h45mins long. But don’t be nervous, just be well prepared and it will be fine.Good luck to you.

hello every one
what the processing time for Protected persons and convention refugees (in Canada) to get PR ??

Thank you for your reply, my 2 friends got their letters in the mail in 3 weeks after the hearing, I did some research online and it says 2-3weeks to get the letter, I am confused as to why mine is taking long, anyone know what’s fairly the standard processing time? Please and thank you.

I understand board members have up to 3 months to make a decision after hearing. Anyone know what to do if it exceeds this timeline? Hearing was in January
