Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if I could get insight/suggestions on my case - I recently made a refugee claim, based on my status (LGBT) I am of African origin AND greater other issues,my status WAS NOT known, but due to an online bullying and reveal late last year my whole life changed.
My hearing got postponed like many cases, however the Board in Vancouver has deemed my case not to be true and will not attend because of an incorrect answer I made when they asked if I had applied for a visa before. It was an honest mistake and obviously I wouldn't misrepresent or lie about my immigration history here in Canada - if i am applying for Canadian protection through Canadian Immigration.
The IRB board in Vancover has written both myself and other members of the board (here in where I live) to consider on the day of the hearing that I am ineligible based on my answer one of the forms. Is there a way I can make this right?

Thanks
