IQAS FILE NUMBER

I have completed IQAS assessment request online and paid the fees also. When i received email, the filed IQAS FILE NUMBER is empty.
I can’t find this number... from
Where to get this number or this should be left blank ??

Did you manage to get the file number.
I erroneously deleted my email from iqas and now am struggling to find my file number..

Please let me know if u managed to overcome the issue.
