IQAS email confirmation regarding documents receiving

Hello,

Can any one help me in the matter, that I have sent my educational documents to IQAS and they have received it on 22nd June'17, but i haven't received any email confirmation from their side. As i read it somewhere over internet that they take around 10 working days to confirm, but it has now passed 11 working days and i am bit worried about it. Has anybody else has witnessed the same issue?

But still there is no reply from IQAS side.

Hi
I had sent my documents to iqas they take atleast one month to reply for aor. I had sent all my photocopies of degrees and transcripts in one package which was recived by them on 11 july 2018, on 8 aug i received acknowledgement of receipt 2, after that i did not hear from them.
Mail them on LBR.Immigration-Info@gov.ab.ca
Subject stating application status. They will reply you within 4 days. All the best

I have also sent my documents to IQAS on 24th September, 2018 but still awaiting reply / update from IQAS, mailed them multiple times but got automated reply on mails.
