Dear Expert

My friend has completed DAE (3-years) from PBTE (Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore, Pakistan) in 2009 and now he wants to send his credentials to IQAS for ECA Can you please advise the step by step process?

Did you look at the IQAA process on their website? Has he even been able to set up a profile given the backlog.

I have already made the payment for assessment. How much time do I have to make sure University send the documents to IQAS. is there any time limit to submit the transcript or degree ?
