Need help. Was there anyone who was successful in downloading the report during fluctuating state? I had sent mesg to @amyth.india.& @RTAHIR last Friday but no response yet. Anyone else who can assist?

I got the following results, I provided only my masters for ECA.
The Master's degree generally compares to the completion of a one-year Master of Science degree with a focus in Information technology.

Can i select masters in Express Entry? please advise.

One-year Master’s degree with a focus in [area of concentration] University degree at the Master’s level

The status changed from fluctuation to Mailed and View Certificate.

Hello. If the status was changed to "In line for processing", does it mean that IQAS already received both mailed documents (sent individually and by your school)? Thank you in advance.

Yes. The documents needed to start evaluation has reached IQAS. If IQAS finds any issue, they will contact you. Good luck !!

That is very hard to predict. Each case is different and many parameters decide the timelines - country of study, regular vs distance learning, no. of credentials to be evaluated etc. You can keep visiting this forum to know latest timelines

The bachelor’s degree generally compares to the completion of a three-year Bachelor of Arts degree.
The post graduate diploma generally compares to the completion of a University Diploma with a focus in business administration and marketing.

What does this mean and what can I select while filling out my express entry profile?

You will experience the same. Fluctuating is a term used for status change from final review to complete. This happens in nano seconds during the web page loading and it's difficult to get screenshots. Few people can assist you in downloading the report before the final status change on the webpage.
