They were opening packages of 16th November on 17th February. Three weeks ago they were opening packages of 12th November.

Can you please confirm when they say about packages is the inline status or submitted? Because my submission date is 8th dec and inline date in 5th Jan, though the document reached on 21st Dec.

Hi please help here anyone , I had sent my transcripts in December which reached than on 4 jan , yesterday I saw my status changed from submitted to pending stating reason ‘’waiting for transcripts’’ . After waiting for 2 months they are saying waiting for transcripts..... how is it possible

Yes 5 weeks from final review to fluctuating. That's the timeline for those whose file moved from final review to fluctuating between December 2020and February, 2021

By packages they mean the transcripts sent via courier.

My file moved to flunctauing and I was able to downloaded it
