IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Has anyone recently (past 2weeks) created a new ECA (Immigration) application on IQAS ? I've been trying for last 5days (around 8:15AM Alberta) failing every time. The webpage doesn't open and times out eventually. I understand there is a daily limit put up by IQAS. I wonder if anyone has really succeeded in opening a new application lately. In the forum, i see the applications opened back in Oct end. Not sure if IQAS is really taking new applications.

I successfully created my application for eca immigration last nov 3, and payment done last nov 6. Now my status is submitted. My school told that they emailed my credentials yesterday. Hopefully sooner i'll get an update in my status.

Thanks for your reply. Did you encounter issues while creating new application like webpage timeout. How many attempts it took you to succeed. I'm using Chrome browser with pop ups unblocked and reasonably good Internet speed (over 40Mbps). After trying for multiple days, I haven't succeeded yet to get past "Create New Application >> ECA". Clicking ECA, webpage simply times out and later (around 8:22AM Alberta) shows the usual daily limit reached. Can you please let me know if you did anything different ?

Yes i encountered the same issue before. It took me 3 days before i successfully created my application and 3 days for the payment as well. Im also using Chrome and i just stayed in the page where i have to click eca for immigration minutes before 8:15. Then as early as 8:13 i keep on clicking the eca until i succeeded. Same way i did when i pay for it.

Straight to the payment page which is the last part of the application. Go to the draft in your application status and it will direct you automatically to the payment page as i remember.

My school emailed my transcripts to lbr.iqas@gov.ab.ca around November 9th. My status is still showing awaiting transcripts. Is this normal? What can I do to see if IQAS has received it? Anyone ever had their school send it through email? What was your experience like? Pls am in Nigeria too. Pls did you send hard copies of your documents by courier to IQAS?

From assessing onwards I have the same timeline,but final review was 17th nov and now waiting for mailed or atleast fluctuating ..my anxiousness levels are rising wvery second

i send everything as mention in the documents check list.. simple nothing less nothing extra. transcripts and degree copies.. and the good news is that i just got my ECA hard copy report few mints back..

How much time does IQAS alberta take to mail the hard copy after fluctuation mode?

in my case took 2 days i got email by the way it depends upon location as well if you location is local then take around 7-15 days.

I have submitted everything online yes . I dont need to send hard copies via courier right? Thanks
