IQAS ECA timeline tracking

I suggest you drop them an email as well with the application number & check whether they have received it or not.

Also, my wife is planning to get her ECA done, can you please help me out with the following:

- When & where did you get your degrees for DU from?

- Are they operational? If yes, can you share an E-Mail?

- Are they giving out digital degrees now?

You'll find the application form online, you have to make the payment also online. Print the form, fill it, attach academic request form of wes/iqas, marksheets, and degree copies.

Then you will need to submit these at window number 9, address would be mentioned on the form.
They are open on M,W,F and timings are 9am-1pm. This info isn't mentioned online anywhere so don't make my mistake of going to the university on days other than M,W,F.

If you have anyone that you know who works for Delhi University, its high time to contact them and request them to expedite your process because DU is taking 2 months to give you your transcripts.

I have a B.Tech + MBA & I had applied for an ECA on 17th July through True Copy. Status of my application changed to In Line for Processing on 22nd July and no update after that. Is anyone having similar timeline here?

by October end your processing should be done. Don't worry they do take a lot of time

Hi,
Does IQAS accpet PDGM degree as Master equivalent or should I consider ICES. Also, is it okay to send just the PGDM marksheet or even Bachelor's be required?

This forum was really helpful for each & every process of my ECA submission. Below is the timeline of my application:


Created Account on IQAS- 28th June
Paid Registration Fee- 03rd July
Submitted Documents- 04th July
Documents Received by IQAS - 06th July
In Line for Processing- 08th July
Final Review- 26th Aug
(Status directly changed to Final Review, while others get assessing stage & then it changes to final review)

I have gone through a lot of messages here and it says status changes to fluctuating stage after final review. I m curious to know how many more days i shall wait to get my status in Fluctuating stage? As I tried the trick to download my report but it shows an error right now.

Me too am in same situation since September 3, had been on final review. What do I do or how much longer do I need to wait

Submitted: 20 July
Application Rcvd: 29th July
Docs rcvd and in line for processing: 21st Aug
Final Review: 10th Sep
Fluctuating: 16th Sep

I sent the university transcripts envelope to IQAS from universities post office.
But the envelope doesn't include academic request form.

Is that mandatory?
What should I do now?

Call them and tell them. But start by giving them details like you application number when your documents was acknowledged and then tell them what your current status is as regards your application. Also relate to them the duration of time since when there was any update on your application and request that you want to know how long it takes for them to complete the process. After the call your profile maybe likely updated.

Thanks for the reply. Entered fluctuation yesterday, and I downloaded with the tweak already. LL.B from Nigeria assessed as Professional degree. Cheers to everyone.

hi same thing happened with me. have no idea when it will change. people in this forum hv received their eca in one months time. is there anything we can do about the delay?
