IQAS ECA timeline tracking

I am still awaiting the response from IQAS, it seems like a dead end. No emails yet.
IQAS application reached IQAS: 20th OCT
University transcript reached IQAS: 16th OCT
1st IQAS acknowledgement email: No Update
2nd IQAS acknowledgement email: No Update
ECA email from IQAS: No Update
Hardcopy Of ECA: No Update

I called the helpline, and they confirmed me that there is a high volume of applications and this week they are processing applications from OCT 6th.
It was easy to get through. As per them they are processing applications which reached on 6th october. Also they confirmed if the courier company confirms the delivery, then one should not worry. They asked me to wait at least two weeks more.
I got my ECA via email
. Second email was not very clearly sent ever only in response to my Query. Both my bachelors and masters were awarded.

Around August 7-10th: Courier confirmed package delivery of my transcripts
August 25th: I sent Query
August 31st: IQAS confirms receiving my MSC vaguely hinting BSC may be missing
Oct 3rd: I resent BSC
Nov 1st: I sent query re not being told if my documents were being processed
November 7th-9th (Range): I was told it’s being processed
Nov 20th: Emailed ECA received
