Is it wise to follow up with them? Because in their email they say do not contact as it will further delay? Or they say it to scare us off?

I am still awaiting the response from IQAS, it seems like a dead end. No emails yet.

IQAS application reached IQAS: 20th OCT
University transcript reached IQAS: 16th OCT
1st IQAS acknowledgement email: No Update
2nd IQAS acknowledgement email: No Update
ECA email from IQAS: No Update
Hardcopy Of ECA: No Update

I called the helpline, and they confirmed me that there is a high volume of applications and this week they are processing applications from OCT 6th.

Processing applications from 6th as in-applications which reached 6th? Or AOR 6th?

Btw was it easy to get through them? I once tried and it keeps on looping "all are busy at the moment, please wait."

It was easy to get through. As per them they are processing applications which reached on 6th october. Also they confirmed if the courier company confirms the delivery, then one should not worry. They asked me to wait at least two weeks more.

They mention not to follow up before 4 weeks. After that you can!

Well my points are a little low I think 401 in express entry tally. Still hopeful maybe will get a PNP.

I also applied in August but I am still waiting 10 weeks are completed and I asked then yesterday via email and waiting for their response.

August 4th: Application received
Around August 7-10th: Courier confirmed package delivery of my transcripts
August 25th: I sent Query
August 31st: IQAS confirms receiving my MSC vaguely hinting BSC may be missing
Oct 3rd: I resent BSC
Nov 1st: I sent query re not being told if my documents were being processed
November 7th-9th (Range): I was told it’s being processed
Nov 20th: Emailed ECA received
