Status changed to complete but fluctuating(shows complete then immediately changes to Final review). Can anyone advise?

- Documents sent and delivered: March 12, 2019
- Status changed to In Line For Processing: July 6, 2019
- Status changed to Final Review: July 31, 2019
- Status changed to fluctuating: August 7, 2019

They already informed time taken will be 20 weeks. I don't know why people still discuss this. So when a timeframe is given already it's you who have to decide if you want to take their service or not.

I understand being impatience for the whole PR process. But for them its a complete different angle. They don't want someone with fake credentials to go through..

Expression of interest does not incur any charges. Profile creation is free.
After ITA, when required documents are submitted, you have to pay application fee CAD550 for the process to start. Additionally, CAD490 as Right of PR fee can be submitted along application fee or later.

It's right. I took a calculated risk when using their services. I knew I'll have a 2 month window between my ECA and birthday where I will have 460+ as my CRS score. WES was already shelling out PG diplomas for masters, so IQAS it was. Couldn't risk 8 points (7self + 1spouse) right.

Dissappionting is an understatement.... Documents delivered since April 4 no update till now...
