Hey guys,
One question, I just submitted and paid for my ECA application at IQAS website. Next step is to send the documents. I already have transcript from my university. So I will send everything together. That's fine, right?

So do I need to mention IQAS file number on top of the envelope? Also, I will put the sealed transcript envelop along with application form inside this big envelope, so do I need to mention the IQAS file number on transcript envelop too??

Please guide.

It usually moves from final review to fluctuations in about 21-28 days from the day it went into final review mode.

Have faith and patience and in no time it will be in fluctuations. I might be able to help you save 3 weeks once it goes in fluctuations, to get your soft copy.

Finally was able to download soft copy of ECA as status was now fluctuating. I used @amyth.india method and it worked. @amyth.india you are a hero, a g.o.a.t, the best. Thank you for sharing this trick with others. Much appreciated.

Delivered: 22 Nov 2018
AORs: 8 & 13 Feb 2019
In line for processing: 13 Feb 2019
Final Review: 6 March 2019
Fluctuating : 5 April 2019

Was able to download soft copy 5 April 2019 using amyth-method. Waiting for mailed copy.
Date of completion shows 5 March 2019.

Moving on to other threads and worries of when scores will hit 440s. Good luck everyone & all the best with your future endeavors. Maybe just maybe will meet in Canada...peace.

Hi guys, I hope this helps. I have messaged IQAS contact center via email cause my TR already arrived in their office last March 14 basing on FedEx and they haven't email me yet if they have received it. They responded and said that they are processing now the IQAS applications dated December 2018. This possibly means that for those who submitted their application dated January to March 2019, most probably you will get results by September to November because in their website it's 20 weeks processing time for those with status of in line for processing.

Congrats...i just checked mine and it's also fluctuating with status date of April 5th @amyth. india please come to my rescue

Congratulations for the ECA. I share the same time line as yours, and curry my status is also fluctuating. What is this amyth method. I would be grateful if you could share the same.

Hi Guys,

Thanks to Amit I have downloaded the soft copy of ECA , pure genius... Scdl two years diploma got the same evaluation...

20 weeks is the time they take after receiving documents transcripts and payment confirmation. This is what is mentioned on the iqas website. Even i submitted docs on 15th December,2018 and all my couriers reached there by 17th Jan. But my application is still in ''SUBMITTED' state only and there is no update.

Did u get pg diploma validated? What Canadian equivalent did u get for pg diploma? Could you please share how to download ECA when it is fluctuating

The December 2018 that they are processing now is the one with IN LINE FOR PROCESSING status and not the one with SUBMITTED as the formal assessment of your education starts on this stage..
