@Yogi19 : when did you sent the query email.? how quick are they in answering query mails.

They are very quick now with emails; respond within a day.

I emailed them twice but same ambiguous and standard reply they if documents reached must be in system.

Did anyone get such email.? any idea how many days they are taking to send emails.?

Yes someone on the forum did get such an email but received the ECA a week later. What is your timeline like?

Yes they did. I had no issues.

I wonder why my husband hasn't received his. His AOR came on December 19th.

Did you chase them on email.. or is it IQAS has sent this email proactively..?

I wonder why my husband hasn't received his. His AOR came on December 19th.

They are not constant with their status update emails. Some are getting 2 Aor's, some only 1, some are not getting any updates like the one i got and receive direct ECA copy.

Considering that 19th Dec and 3rd Jan AOR's is like 4 working days difference (as IQAS was closed for holidays from 22nd to 1st jan),
may be his is also completed and waiting in emailing phase like mine.

I hope we get our ECA's by end of next week.
