1. Degree copy from my side + Passport copy...My full name in passport is F.Name M.name L.Name while in degree its F.Name L.Name..so will passport copy work as name change document ?
Is any issue?

As long as the documents are sealed and enclosed in an envelope by university it can be sent by anyone. It is not mandatory to have transcript request form. It is important to have each envelopes labeled with application reference number.

Hi jai I have done B.tech from MDU rohtak and my PGDBM from IMT CDL Gaziabad. I got transcripts from both of them and want to apply for IQAS but both of the university are denying to send transcript to IQAS and instead told me to do so ...so want to how should go ahead with this.Also is academic request for from the university is mandatory for getting EVA done...please advice ..all suggestions are welcome.

Hi friends, Can anyone confirm whether its mandatory to send the transcript of my graduation to IQAS to evaluate for my PGDM (MBA) certificate.

Hi Folks,
I get documents attested and sealed by HEC to send to IQAS.
Later I came to know about this form on IQAS website " Request of Academic Records Form".
Now, it is not stamped and included in envelope.
What should I do now. Do IQAS accept with out this?

Do we need to have colored photocopies inside Transcript issued by University ( BTech) or Black and White photocopy inside Transcript ( sealed by university ) will work ?

Do we need to include Academic Request form in Transcript or can skip adding that form ?

Can I send Both (sealed) Transcript ( Btech , PGDIT) and all other copies and application form etc. in 1 Big Envelope myself altogether ?

i have the same question. i included the reference number on the envelop and then sent it to IQAS. The Sealed Envelop itself does not include the Academic Request Form. Pleas help, is it mandatory.

Someone has replied to me that , it's not mandatory to include Aca.. Req Form , although it helps Iqas in identifying and match when the receive mails from you / your university side , they match with reference number in Iqas ( may be putting ref no. on Envelope work or put transcript in extra envelope and mention ref number on out envelope or include a letter in outer envelope

1) Need to create a online application and after online payment you will get your reference number with 100% complete application status.
2) You will get one email in your registered email address, It will be attached with two documents. 1} Application form 2} Check list.
3) Transcript need to request to your university, as per there payment procedure. Inform them to deliver it to IQAS Canada office by your university include 1 Page "Request of Academic Records" form.
4) Similarly you need to send the photo copies of Education certificate + all semester mark lists + Application Checklist (emailed to you after completion of step 1) + Application form + Passport. All in color or black and white.
5) You will get fist confirmation by IQAS on delivery of the fist courier package, It may be from you or your University.
6) Then you will get second email confirmation as per delivered package, This will start your ECA processing time of 8-12 Weeks. Few of the candidate don`t get email confirmation due to number of reasons. No need to call them or email them, They are well trained to reply on all the queries in same format. So just relax and help other forum members like me
7) Process time on IQAS website click here.
8) Ask for extra one more copy of ECA, it will cost you $15, Worth spending. Because you will be requiring this for searching job in Canada.

I have completed my first step and create my online application last night, but unfortunately I made a mistake when I filling of my academic years and submitted I have only knew this fact when I receive a mail. But I still not send hard copies anywhere.
Kindly help me regarding this issue.
