IQAS Closed | Best option to get Master's Degree?

Dear experts,

I have

B.Sc (General) – 3 Years
M.Sc (Physics) – 2 Years

I want to get my degree evaluated as Master's Degree (Not two or more degrees)
Since IQAS is temporarily closed, What is a better option to get Master’s Degree in ECA?

Go for ICAS or CES. They give Master's as Master's in most of the cases.

The below text is from IQAS wesbite

We are not accepting new International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) applications under the Immigration Stream at this time. This is a temporary pause from November 19, 2019 to May 19, 2020 to reduce processing times.


We will assess Education Credential Assessment (ECA) reports only if you have submitted and paid for them on or before November 19, 2019 at 12 pm MST.

If your application is paid for, received and processing before 19th November, IQAS will complete it.

I assume this will increase the processing times at WES as well. Luckily I submitted the application in August.

it seems it might be real...check last year's annoucement
 
I want to get my Master's evaluated, shall I wait for IQAS to resume or I shuld go ahead with ICAS or CES? Which is best? Its been a week, I am unable to create my profile there
