IQAS-Certification Download Error

Received status as Mailed on 20 Dec 2021.
While Downloading certificate its giving error
An error has occurred, Please click on Home button or this link to return to home page.
If the error persists, contact System Administrator.

Tried using fluctuating tools as well as work around to change URL to From Portal; still error remains same.

Please advise if any solution.

Ask IQAS and the system administrator as stated.
