Hi Ali, welcome back.

Nope, it did not work. I am stuck at the first page where we have to select ECA. I have enabled pop-ups and redirect but still nothing worked till date. I will be trying again today in 10 minutes.

I was able to apply new application today, will try to make the payment now.
I used Chrome, enabled pop up and clicked new application around 8:44:55.

Hi Nisa, I want you to provide some inputs. I tried today but it did not go through. Could you please explain a little bit that you were on ECA page after login and hit ECA tab exactly at 8:44:55?

You mean I can login at 8:30 or 8:40 and but I should stay on that first page and hit ECA exactly around 8:44:55 ?
