IQAS - Accepts University's Email send Validated Certificates?

Dear All,

Trust you all are doing well!

I had applied for my ECA from IQAS. I had done my Master's (MBA) from University of Wales, Cardiff. As per the process of IQAS they need a Validated Transcript from University. And I had learn from University's website that University of Wales, will send my Validated Transcript and Degree by email to 3rd Party.

Will IQAS accept the Email sent by University directly to them? If yes then, what is the Email ID of IQAS where University can email them my Validated Transcripts and Degree.

Or else, is there anyone or has any idea, how can I request my University to send IQAS my Physical (Courier) Validated Copies of Transcript and Degree.

Has anyone encounter this issue?

And also let me know, about the "Request of Academic Records Form." As currently I'm in India and University of Wales is in UK. How can I get the said (Request of Academic Records Form) form filled by me as well as University? And is this Request of Academic Records Form mandatory for the process of ECA from IQAS?

Have you sent your documents with out the academic request form?Were they accepted?
