When can the PPR request be expected post reaching IP2 ie : ‘we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.’

Can't say...some people moved to IP2 in September/October and are still waiting for ppr email. There's nothing one can do but wait.

Yes that’s what I have read online. That it differs for people to people.. any reason in particular? And have you received your PPR , what was your timeline?

No reason in particular. And by rule they don't seem to follow any order. It's all very random.
