Hello My name is mitul Shah. i got an ITA under CEC category and i have time till 27-09-2017 to submit my documents. i am on implied status right now. i have few questions.

1) i am getting married in feb, 2018 and planning to go to india jan 2018. what if i get my COPR during that time can i still come back to canada? and get the PR?
2) Do we have to submit the educational transcripts?

Just to be clear - you applied to extend your work permit before your old permit expired? (If not, you are not on implied status).

If you get married before you land as a permanent resident, you must inform IRCC and add you wife to your application before you can land.

2) Do we have to submit the educational transcripts?
If you studied in Canada, yes.

Yes i have applied to extend my work permit before the old one expired. but haven't received any confirmation yet. i will inform IRCC too. thanks for the information. and do you know how much time it takes in CEC category to get COPR after you submit all the documents?
