Hey all have some questions I was invited to sponsor my mother for the eimm5669e
Where can I find the UCI and Application?
In section 4(d) it mention refused visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada, she was denied a visa before will this affect her chance?

In addition should the 2 photographs be signed? And should the photocopies documents be signed too?

If your mom was never granted a visa to Canada she will not have a uci number. No, a refused visa will not affect her application. All documents must have original signature. If your mom is still in jamaica she can send back the package with everything signed by FedEx or dhl. The pic should have her name, Dob, and photo studio stamped on the back of one pic.

Where can I find the UCI and Application?
- If your mother has never applied for Canada visa or work permit, she will not have UCI......so you could leave Blank......UCI will be sent later.

- No, it will not have any negative effect, but be very honest to indicate YES, she was earlier refused visa to avoid issues later.

The IRCC Forms should be signed hand written.........supporting documents photocopies that don't require signature should not be signed
