Thanks for your reply. I received CIC account letter without problems, even when I update my profile. Could PT letter end up in Junk mail and got deleted? Anyone had that experience? Thanks

The PT Letter always comes in "MY CIC " account in the messages section.

Hi Guys,

I received my IELTS result today. Good News, I have CLB 9 in all the skills now. What this means is that my CRS score is now 471 to 417 (clb 8 at the moment) earlier. I haven't received my certificate yet, so obviously I am calculating this score from calculators available on web.

My Confusion now is, should I apply for OINP or not? OINP obviously cost $ 1500 as well, so am confused.

Regards
G

Usually there is an increase of 25+25+8 = 58 CRS Points when you achieve CLB 9 from previous CLB 8.
Anyway, congrats on your improvement. With 471 or more, you can expect to receive an ITA within the next 1 or 2 draws. So, it's just a question of waiting for another week or two.

Congrats on your new score! With this score you will most probably get an ITA. So, wait for the draws after you have updated your score in your profile.

This Application has to be filled online and then a printout is to be taken ?
Or it has to be filled with pen kindly confirm ?

99% online except for the fields which does not allow you to put N/A and proceed. For such cases you can complete your form, print it and write N/A in places wherever you couldn't mention it while typing it.

Hi

Are you sending the application yourself or taking help of a consultant in filing your application for Ontario

I completely agree.

I got it in 6 days.

From your score (CRS 400+), you are eligible to receive PT Notification of Interest from OINP. As per the trend that we have seen, you should get an invite within a week or two. In case you dont, I would suggest you to create a new EE profile. This worked for many applicants, they got Ontario PT Notification of Interest for Nomination within a week of creating a new EE profile. In fact, OINP also suggests candidates to do so as per their update dated November 24, 2015 (given below).

"It has come to our attention that technical issues may have resulted in candidates not receiving Notification of Interest (NOI) though they believe they meet the criteria for Ontario’s Express Entry streams. If you believe you fall into this category and have not received an NOI within one month of submitting your EE profile, we encourage you to create a new profile in the EE system. If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile."

You can find the full update here. http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

that is correct - usually 2weeks - max 3 weeks - else re-create profile ideally with new gc key

2016 allocation for oopnp is 5200 applications

good luck

Thanks guys, I am excited. Bloody IELTS was tough, got it in my 2nd attempt.

As you guys suggesting, and I agree, I will drop the idea of OINP. Is there something I can start doing in order to prepare myself of ITA Application document. I am thinking to apply for a PCC tomorrow, it usually takes a month.
Is there a list of document somewhere?

Hi are you going through a consultant or doing the paper work for Ontario on your own ?

you can always read through the guidelines and info on this forum and do up on your own - unless you want to shell out $$$

lolz... Well I am doing that as well. Thought if someone wants to tell me about a specific process that gave them hard time. So I can focus on pain points earlier.

For ITA, you will need all the documents which you would have required if you would have gone for OINP (refer to the Application Guide here http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html), plus medicals and PCC.
