Just my luck. After waiting through most of my summer for the passport, I decided to make a holiday travel. My tracker is not updated and LPP is still in progress and oath is not started. Today, I received the notice to appear for the ceremony in 2 days the 24th at 7 am virtually. Even if I want to travel back, there is no flight availability and no way I can land in 24 hrs. This is the worst:-( Im going to the airport for an on-call flight.

Try to reach out to them to say you’re abroad. I’ve seen people saying that taking the oath abroad is now possible. After the oath, you’ll need to go to a canadian consulate to get a passport
