Invite parents on visitor visa when I m on closed wp

I want to invite my parents for few months to canada from India, i m on work permit in Canada
Can anyone please suggest .
Is this possible ?.
as i have read in IRCC website questionaire where it says only citizens and PR holder are eligible only.
