Quick question, can you invite your sibling between 18-22 under parental sponsorship as a dependent child while inviting the parents?
Is that strategy viable? Thanks!

Only up to the age of 21. 22 is too old.

Yes, you would apply to sponsor your parents and include your siblings as dependents. They must be under 22 years old and unmarried / not in a common law relationship at the time the application is received by IRCC.

Thanks for the reply, I forgot to specify the age of the dependent is under 22, not 22. :)

So then you can do it - but of course it depends on when you qualify and when you are selected to sponsor your parents.

Also add to scylla's note: The sibling must not only be married or common law at the time IRCC received the application. The sibling cannot get married or obtained common law status until after the parents/sibling landed as PR. Otherwise the sibling disqualified him/herself for PR under PGP.
