On the new forms, it won't let you choose between a single or a multiple visa. It's gonna depend on the visa officer.

ohh ok did u show any assets for your aunt. I have a notarized asset document for mom but signed on late 2012. Can I submit the same or shall I get new document notarized

I did not submit any bank account statements or any asset document. That document you have, I think it is good if it's recent not the one from 2012.
