INVITATION FOR THE OATH NOT RECEIVED YET

Hello, I have seen that in the past months people have had delays or never received the invitation letter for the scheduled oath.
My oath is scheduled according to the tracker for May 3rd, next Tuesday, and as of this day I have not email yet with the information to attend.
I have emailed many times and it is impossible to get through by phone. Sent web forms as well.
I dont know what to do.

Have you looked into the SPAM/JUNK Inbox?

Webform is next to useless. Generic email addresses are also next to useless.
Did you try the email for ceremony scheduling at the office handling your case.
For Scarborough it is
IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
and there is a list somewhere around of addresses for other office.

Hey did you get your email ? Did you do your oath ?
 
Same here - I haven’t yet received any email. The tracker says:


“Follow the instructions we sent to you for information on:
  • how to attend the ceremony
  • what documents you have to present”
