Invitation for MPNP

Hi today i received email from mpnp as follows

" Based on the information you provided in your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Skilled Worker (MPNP-SW), we are pleased to invite you to submit a full application"

Can you tell me now what happens and how long would it take to process full application.
Do i need job letter from manitoba or not.
I have real sister living there thats y we had applied

Hey,
You first need to confirm that your sister is on PR or has citizenship of that particular province then only you can apply and after applying it will hardly take 6-8 months for the process.
