Invitation Email for Online Citizenship Test

In my Canadian Citizenship Application Tracker Account there is a notification that I have been invited to take the online Citizenship test between October 25-Nov 14 and that I will receive an invitation. It is October 20 and I have not yet received the email to invite me to take the online citizenship test. When does that email usually arrive before the online testing window? I have checked my Spam and Junk folders and my email address is correct in my account. Any help is apprciated.
