btw yes that's the number they gave me. I hope to talk to them in english but what if they won't speak in english and continuously talk in french. What will I do?

don't worry securer, the number is correct. i also called them 3 times.
First they speak in French language.....but you can ask them to speak in English. They will speak in english.

Before calling them search in GOOGLE the current time in quebec......so that you can call in correct time.
