Investor immigration to Quebec (applied 2016) waiting for interview

Dear Ash1969, I think, the second AOR comes to only those people who do not have a visa immigration office in their country, but are in subordinate countries, like if a person is from Nepal , his visa office will be Delhi, in this case he will receive a confirmation from Delhi office.

Simple -delhi office has to work for India ,Nepal and Bhutan ,in other hand London visa office has to work for several countries

Yes this happens too but it is rare. Especially for Quebec applicants, the visa office is written on our csq and the file sent there only.

Update: Post CSQ , federal processing time remains at 46 months

I was reading somewhere that for Pakistan applicants also VO is Abu Dhabi

Even I was wondering that if Quebec can decide which VO our files will be processed then what’s the role of IRCC, Quebec should have been given the authority to complete whole procedure by themselves.

I have already asked my agent to clarify this.

As per VO is concerned, as per my knowledge, Pakistan does not have VO
ALL Pakistan applications are handled by Abu Dhabi vo
Same way as Bhutan and Nepal applications are handled by New Delhi vo

In my case also section 16 was blank .
Sec 17 mentioned New Delhi .
Though Iam from New Delhi , I doubt if that really meant the VO?
I asked my agent. she as usual is blank

I read on these forums From 2015 Islamabad applications are handled by London VO.

Anyways We will reach to Montreal whatever time is written by God.
All we can do is pray and hope.

Within what time of filing application with federal does one receive this request?
Does sec 17 of csq mentind the VO name ?
