Would look on LinkedIn and make contact with people who have clearly immigrated. Honestly it is a small market and lots of Canadians, Canadians returning after workers be in NYC, London, Dubai, HK, etc. and lots of others who are immigrating to secure a salaries much lower and banks are going through a transition and are streamlining their operations. No way that all these finance people are being absorbed by the Canadian market.
