I am from Vietnam and I just got the call for invalid document. I am applying for study permit which main applicant is me, and my wife is the person will come with me. I read on Cic website and see the law like this: "Help your spouse or common-law partner work in Canada". in my documents, my wife application include: married certificate, open study permit. However, the visa officer call my wife and told her that we might send a withdraw letter and apply again to ask visitor visa for my wife.
Is there anyone knows about this case and what should prepare for the documents?
