Invalid Counterfoil document

hi we got the CIC profile Approved and sent the passport for stamping via 2- way courier service. However, on the account the counterfoil says invalid on 30th Novemebr 2020 for my son only ( other three of us have valid counterfoil).

What does this mean?

My visa application is approved and I haven't received stamped passport.

Please help me out

Does your son's passport/medicals expire on that date? It is also possibly an error. Wait for the passports to come back. Which citizenship does your son have?

No, Medicals and passports are ok and they are not expiring that day, Passports were received by IRCC on 17th Nov, so its almost 15 days. My son has Indian Citizenship.
