Intra Transfer Company Visa and Express Entry

My Express Entry application is already in process. Can Intra Transfer Company Visa be applied by my company parallelly? Will it have any impact on my Express Entry profile?

1. Will some background check during ITC application process indicate regarding my EE application as well?
2. Do I have to give medical and biometrics again for ITC application as I have already given those for EE application?

1. They will know that you have an EE application. Just be upfront and not hide it.
2. Biometrics are good for a number of years and medicals are good for a year.

No, separate applications. Medicals only good for a year. Are you anticipating an ITA?

I have received the ITA. Actually for EE application, I have already submitted medical and biometrics. I am waiting for Passport Submission request, but due to Covid-19 there is indefinite delay on that step, and I am not sure when will it start again for people like me who are outside Canada.
Meanwhile, the company in which I work is thinking of applying ITC Visa for work purposes. So, that's why I want to know whether ITC Visa application can affect my ongoing EE application.
