Intra-Company Transfer Via Online Application - Timelines ??

Hi,

I am from mumbai and had applied for Intra-Company transfer WP on 28th of June 2014 through online application process. Till date I have not received any updates from CIC. I have have my collogue who got the VISA within 25 days of online application.I have also applied for my wife and son's visitor Visa in the same application.

I have been to Canada before on work permit as well as on Business Visa before. Also there is no need of LMO for ICT as my collogue went through without it.

I would like to know the timeline for ICT WP done online. Website mentions 4 months for processing i don't know if this is for general Work permit or for ICT.

Can anyone please help me to know the time taken for the ICT WP.

CIC recently issued the following bulleting regarding ICTs:

Effective June 9th, 2014 - CIC is now using stricter standards to evaluate if someone has "specialized knowledge" and qualifies under the ICT program. This may be why your application is taking longer to process.

Do you have any idea what are the new timelines for ICT WP? I cannot find timelines for ICT anywhere on the website .
