Hope you are doing great. I have a question!! Hope I’ll get the answers here.
I am transferred here in Canada on ICT visa and my post in my new company is President because i am the owner of the new company. It’s been a month since i arrived and now i am finding references to start my company successfully and steadily. In the meantime i was offered a job in Noc Code 1211 from one of the employer and he is willing to get LMIA approved on my name. Now my question is if i want to go ahead with that offer and accepts it, Is it possible to get my work permit conditions changed here? Is it legally valid? Does it affect my record in a bad way ? What will be the procedure to do it ? Border or apply online ? What are the chances of getting my wp condition changes approved?
