I am currently in Intra Company Transfer Visa and looking to apply for PR via Express Entry. Since i am in employment will i get the additional 600 points under Arranged employment (positive Labour Market Impact Assessment required).

600 additional points applicable to people who are on LMO or PNP.

ICT visa is LMIA exempt. you cannot claim points for it.

Well, the only problem is really don't know how to get the LMIA for one who already employed....

You select you have job as yes. It will ask do you need lmia for that say no and it will give you drop down for reason then select lmia exempt. ICT is lmia exempt and you may get points.

NO , when you answer YES its when already got LMIA.

It does not matter, employer follow the process to advertise etc ., at the end shows the proof that he/she is the most suitable for such position.

No you don't get points for LMIA exempt job.the points are for job or job offer supported by LMIA.

Thanks , looks like i wont get any points without LMIA. Without LMIA i don't get enough points to apply. This puts me in strange situation where i don't have any other option. Even if i apply since i don't

What will be the impact for the employer doing the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). I really wish there is a process on how to go about getting LMIA for someone in ICT.

I'm in exact same situation. Which one is easier to get, PNP or LIMA?

I don't know which one you get the fastest...

Lets say if you are currently employed , how can the employer go and apply for LIMA.. For PNP. I can see Ontario and BC stopped accepting applications.

So as of date , Express Entry is complicated for anyone employed in Canada without LIMA or PNP. Kind of strange..

It's not so complicated because you can get ITA without LMIA, the points dropped below 600 in March.
I'm on ICT permit too and I got ITA without LMIA.

My score is 350+ .. The last CRS was 480+...

Can you share your score please and did you get any PNP.
