Int'l students New Pathway -> What's the next step after submitting application?

Hi everyone,

I posted this question in another thread but didn't get an answer.

I applied to the new TR to PR Pathway through international students stream in early May, but so far I haven't received any email from the CIC regarding the next steps. Is this the case for everyone?

I haven't been able to call CIC and talk to them yet.

What's the situation for other applicants? any email/instruction from CIC yet?

Plus, I saw some posts on another thread regarding linking accounts. What is that? Linking what account to what? I mean, if there is something that we need to do I naturally expect to receive an email from CIC with the instructions. But I haven't received any, and I don't know what is this linking account that a lot of people are talking about?

I would appreciate any answer. Thanks.

You posted this video, but I see it's about linking paper-based application to the GCKEY account. The TR to PR pathway was not paper-based.

Plus, I mean there must be some official link/source that says applicants who submitted through the new TR to PR Pathway must link their GCKEY accounts. I cannot find that.

More explanation and information would be appreciated.

It is paper based in a way, just follow the links, you will see TR2PR.

I tried to link my application using my last name and first name (as I don't think that I have an application number for TR to PR pathway yet), but at the end I get this error. Do you know how I can link my application?
