thanks for your good wishes but my wife has been sick for the full 6 months we have been in India, and they are making us wait longer in the boiling heat every day, which is 40 degrees above the temperature in Canada

there is no specified time period for that, it depends on complexity of different cases. if they have little bit doubt about relationship, they ask for additional docs and review the application again and after that if they are still unsatisfied, they send interview invitation. if they have doubt about relationship as well as data provided in application, they schedule interview right after PPR (send email within 1 month)

i didnt check lately but i think its still "application received, medical results received and interview scheduled for july 31"

My Ecas is showing - received application on dec 5 2011 & in process from 7th March and medical received

I dont know why they are taking so much time! cant wait more

its unbelievable that your application is "in process" for last 4 months
did you contact your MP or order GCMS notes to know the reason behind such a long delay ???

hiiii guys...

we had interview on june 20...and it went very smoothly...and hardly for 15 to 20 mins...
i ll suggest that pls enter into the room of vo with confidence and smile on the face...dont b nervous...
then everything will b f9....vo generally read the face of applicants...

please tell me more about how the interview went like what kind of questions did they ask, like what were the subjects of the questions? did they ask any personal questions? what were the reasons for interview in your case? and do you have any travel history? also did you attend the interview together and was your spouse also called for interview?

m the sponsor and my wife is applicant...she went for interview alone
vo primarily asked my wife why my parents were not present at marriage?
else where we went for honeymoon and why we had chosen that place?
how we met with each other?
and we dont have any travel history and they didnot asked any personal question...
