Out of curiosity, why you send application with a month short since its very clear you need 1095 days before apply?
An application cost 540$ and close to 400-600$ worth of resources cic spend on application . Just a guess 10-15 hrs times 40$ per hour. But 2 RQ , judge , appeal , all together it costed tax payers like 5-10k or more. This money could have been used to save multiple peoples life who is starving to death.

I would withdraw the application;then reapply right away. You don't have any chance to get it.

So dramatic! As for resources being "wasted", the time (money) IRCC spent on his application would not have saved anyone who is starving to death as it's not within the purview of the citizenship processing staff to do so. At worst, it was time that could have been spent on someone else's application. Big deal. It sounds like an honest mistake.
